Navigate to metromesh Customer Management System (link below)

If you have signed up for metromesh already, login using your metromesh username and password. Skip to step 5
|

If you have not signed up for metromesh, you need to register within the 'HotZone' before accessing the Customer Management System.
|

You will be presented with the metromesh payment system menu. Here you can change your account credentials.
|
 |
You will need to select a plan. All new users of metromesh will be automatically placed on the WiFREE plan. If you would like to change your plan, click the 'change plans' button. Once you have clicked the plan you would like, click the 'change bundle' button.

Once the plan has been selected, you will need to charge credit to your account. Click the 'Make Payment' button.

Enter in your credit card details and the amount you wish to pay, remembering the minimum amount required for your plan. You can charge as much credit as you would like to your account.

Once your account has been successfully credited, click the logout button of the payment system.
|
 |
You can now login to the metromesh login page using your username and password. |
