Terms and Conditions
It is our intention at metromesh to provide a useful service to you, our customer. To this end we ask you to read and accept our terms and conditions which are intended to support the delivery of the service. In addition to these please appreciate that metromesh is bound to abide by all legislation in place in Australia related to the provision of Internet services.
Service Level Agreement
If a customer is dissatisfied with the metromesh service, metromesh will refund the customer's remaining credit.
Acceptable User Policy
metromesh reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's subscription if they:
- Cause a disruption to the metromesh service impacting other users;
- Contracene laws relating to Internet use;
- Do not pay for metromesh services they have used
Service and Refund Policy
With the exception of the registration process all service plans for metromesh are pre-paid via credit card. Your credit credit remains active until used or it will expire after 12 months (which ever occurs first). There is no refund of the customer's remaining credit.
Privacy Policy
- metromesh will not pass your details on to any third party;
- metromesh does not store your credit card details;
- metromesh will abide by the provisions of Australian privacy legislation;
